Progressing Within Our Contact Centre
We’ll give you the training and support to help you succeed. It all starts from day one with our innovative induction that will make sure you quickly settle in, feel comfortable in your role and shine at what you do.
Some of the finest trainers in the industry will show you how to deliver brilliant customer experiences. You’ll also gain a good understanding of our regulatory responsibilities to make sure we always treat customers fairly. We’re very proud of the training we provide. It’s inventive, fun and combines presentations and group exercises with role-playing, quizzes, accreditations and more.
On-going training and development
After your induction we’ll enable you to build on your strengths and grow new skills in all kinds of different areas. Your first 12 months will see you learning excellent product and service skills. From there you’ll be introduced to management skills, building effective teams, coaching and performance and commercial training and after 2 years you could have completed our full Team Manager training programme. We’ll strive to provide you with as many training and development opportunities as possible, while your manager and team will always be on hand to provide support and advice.
For those who really want to progress their career, our 2-year Futures Programme develops the skills of our future leaders. Every year we select a group of people who want to show us exactly what they are capable of.
Through different secondments they learn all about our business and are supported every step of the way. They enjoy all kinds of learning activities and study towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management. From here you’re only limited by your ambitions.
